Paypal process your Card data, not us. This is via Paypal secure link. We only use your Data for processing purchases you make with us. All Website orders: we do not receive your Card details, as Paypal deals with all that. We do not share or in any way manipulate your Data for advertising or any other commercial purpose.
If ordering via Card on the phone your Card details you share with us are erased once the order is processed ( also via Paypal), so each time you will need to give us the details again, but this keeps you secure. If ordering by cheque, we have to keep a copy of the cheque for a time for our accounting and tax purposes. We have to keep sales receipts from Paypal for 7 years by law for tax purposes. Sales receipts from Paypal do not have Card details. They contain name, address, and purchase details only.
We no longer hold or use a Mailing List, and ask customers who want to receive product and other news updates to join our Facebook Page, and also check the petaltone.co.uk website. Please note our that computers are protected with the latest anti virus software.
if you sign up for a Training Course we will need to keep your application details and Course notes for 5 years, for insurance purposes, but these are covered by client confidentiality.
You have 2 new rights under GDPR. One is the right to ask us what data we hold on you. We will aim to give a quick and clear response explaining what data we hold and why we are holding it. And the other is the right to have your data deleted. Again we will comply quickly with such requests, as we are required to do, but note that we do not hold data that is not required by UK Government for Tax purposes. This purchase data is not able to be deleted, as the Inland Revenue requires us to keep absolutely all sales invoices for 7 years for taxation purposes. These will be deleted after 7 years.

Please note : we make no medical claims and our essences are not scientifically tested. However in 28 years there are a large number of people who have benefited from their use, and many satisfied regular customers. Animals also often benefit from their use (animals are not affected by the placebo effect!- so work that one out you scientists!)
